What we do
Extraction Parts is a United States based service company that repairs and rebuilds industrial pumps and pneumatic drive units for business and industrial operators. A customer submits a worn or failed unit through our platform, ships it to one of our vetted partner rebuild shops, approves the work, and receives the rebuilt unit back. We handle diagnostics, rebuild, parts, and shipping in both directions. We are a repair and rebuild service; we are not a retail goods store.
How it works
Submit your unit
Create a ticket for the pump or drive that needs work and pay the upfront charge.
Ship it in
Pack and send the unit to the assigned rebuild shop. Parcel or freight, arranged through the platform.
Diagnose & quote
The shop inspects the unit, documents its condition with photos, and prepares the rebuild.
Approve & rebuild
You review and approve the work, and the unit is rebuilt and tested.
Shipped back
The rebuilt unit is packed, documented, and shipped back to you, with tracking.
Pricing
Diagnose first
For unknown faults: pay a flat diagnostic fee plus shipping upfront. After inspection you receive an itemized repair quote to approve before any work proceeds.
Fixed rebuild
For known rebuilds: pay a fixed rebuild price agreed in advance, which covers the rebuild and shipping. If additional damage is found, any extra work is quoted for your approval first.
